outlet and weigh bridge in industrial plots as a service enterprise. An agenda item on the subject matter was
placed before the Infrastructure Development Committee of the Board of
Directors (IDC) vide item (25) of its meeting held on 15.04.2010. The Committee accorded approval for:

Permitting b) Permitting a petrol pump in part or full industrial plot as a service enterprise and supportive use, without any additional payment/charges. c) Permitting the weigh bridge and petrol pump as above, the relevant building regulations/norms/byelaws etc. will be observed as per RIICO Disposal of Land Rules, 1979 and also as per the norms of the relevant statutory bodies. d) The above permission will be considered by the competent committee headed by M.D. constituted for permitting land use conversion of allotted industrial plots.
