OFFICE ORDER (NO. 16/2010) Sub.: Allotment of land to Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. at token cost of Re.1/- for establishment of 220 KV
and 132 KV GSS in the RIICO Industrial Areas. The Infrastructure Development Committee of the Board of Directors (IDC) vide item (27) of its meeting held on 15.4.2010 has accorded approval to revise the existing policy/ rule related to land allotment to the power company Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (RVPNL). Accordingly, revised provisions of the above policy/ rule will be as under: (i) Land measuring 60,000 sqm may be allotted to the power company for establishment of 220 KV GSS at at a token rate of Re.1/- (ii) Land measuring 35,000 sqm may be allotted to the power company for establishment of 132 KV GSS at at a token rate of Re.1/- (iii) Land measuring 3,000 sqm may be allotted to the power company for establishment of 33 KV GSS at a token rate of Re.1/- per sqm. Pursuant to the above revision, provisions of the Rule 3(G)-5 of RIICO Disposal of Land Rule, 1979 relating to allotment of land for supportive facilities will be substituted by the above mentioned provisions.
