at Industrial area Kaladwas, An agenda item on the subject matter was placed before the Infrastructure Development Committee of the Board of Directors (IDC) vide item (12) of its meeting held on 15.04.2010.The Committee accorded approval for insertion of a general provision in
the rules as regards to permitting a Hotel Industry on an Institutional plot
on payment of differential development charges. The Committee also accorded approval to the request of M/s. Neesa Leisure Ltd. an allottee at
Industrial area Kaladwas, Udaipur
to use the converted institutional plot for setting up a Hotel on payment of
differential development charges calculated at the prevailing industrial rate
(-) the development charges already paid for the institutional plot (industrial
