OFFICE ORDER Sub: Allotment of Plot No. G-68(c) at Industrial
Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur to PHD Chamber of Commerce
& Industry An agenda item on the subject matter was placed before the Infrastructure
Development Committee of the Board of Directors (IDC) vide item (4) of its
meeting held on 15.4.2010. The
Committee has accorded approval for the allotment of plot No.G-68(c)
measuring 1100 sqm. (approx.) to the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry
for construction of its building at the prevailing rate of development charges
of the industrial area i.e. Rs.2100/- per sqm. The Committed also decided that the Chamber
may be exempted from payment of the service charges as is considered in case
of allotment of land for Industries Associations. However, the Chamber will pay economic rent
(lease rent) as per rules. The Committee further decided that similar requests for allotment of
land, at any single location in the State, by FICCI, CII and ASSOCHAM - who
are presently active in the State, may also be considered at the prevailing
